# Delete Form

> Delete a form. Requires `forms-write`.

# Delete Form

Permanently delete a form and all of its submissions.

## Authentication & Scope

Requires a Personal Access Token that includes the `forms-write` ability.

## Request

```

### Path Parameters

| Parameter | Type   | Description                      |
| --------- | ------ | -------------------------------- |
| id        | number | Numeric ID of the form to delete |

## Response

`204 No Content` – Form successfully deleted.

`403 Forbidden` – The token lacks `forms-write` or you are not allowed to delete this form.
